Programs and Events

At St. Patrick Catholic School, it is important for us to nurture and grow our community just as we work to nurture and grow our students everyday in school.

All Saints’
Day Event

On All Saints’ Day our entire school is invited to dress as their favorite saint. Students wear their saint attire all day long and after Mass all students share which saint they selected.

Halloween
Parade

After our morning All Saints’ Day Program, the afternoon is set aside for fun! Our students in grades K-5 parade outside (weather permitting) in their Halloween costumes. It is a very special day for our 8th graders and their Kindergarten buddies, as our 8th graders create a costume for their Kindergarten friend.

Christmas Singing Program

Our students in grades K-5 participate in a beautiful Christmas singing program in our church during the month of December. The students begin practicing their songs with our music teacher in October. The children do an outstanding job—this is not to be missed!

Catholic Schools Week Mass and Open House

Catholic Schools Week begins nationwide on the last Sunday of January. We begin our celebration with an all school Mass, a breakfast at the school (donuts or pancakes), and an open house. It is a great way for current families to visit school and see what their children have been doing as well as a way to welcome prospective families to our school.

Grandparents’ and VIPs Day

Every year in April we set aside a day for our grandparents and special visitors. We begin our day with an all school Mass, followed by hospitality at the school, a short singing program, and classroom visits. It is one of the happiest days of our school year!

Field Day

A great way to celebrate the end of the year! Our students in grades 1-7 participate in field games and have a picnic. It is a wonderful way to begin the summer!

Kindergarten and 8th grade buddies

We buddy up each Kindergarten student with an 8th grade friend. Every week our 8th graders sit with their buddy at our all school Mass. They participate in service projects together and celebrate all of our holidays together as well. It is nice to have a buddy at your new school!
