A. At Dismissal Time
- Around 2:55 PM, once all St. Patrick and District 303 Buses are lined up on 5th Street, the Adult Supervisor will place cones/barricades at the intersection of Cedar and 5th Street. When the cones/barricades are there please don’t turn onto 5th Street.
- The cones/barricades will remain there until about 3:15 PM – after the buses have moved out, and made their turn onto State Street.
The purpose in blocking the intersection for a few minutes is to give the St. Patrick and District 303 Buses a clear path into traffic, and the opportunity to begin their routes on time at 3:00 PM.
B. At Cedar and 5th Street Area
- Please Do Not:
a) Block the corners at Cedar/5th Street with your car
b) Park in Crosswalk
c) Double Park your car on Cedar, 5th, State Streets or the Parking Lots
- Please cooperate with the Adult Supervisor as she assists the students in crossing
the street.
C. At Arrival/Dismissal Times
When crossing near the intersection of 5th and State Street: PLEASE CROSS WITH OUR CROSSING GUARD AT THE CORNER OF 5TH AND STATE STREET.
D. Please continue to drive slowly and carefully around the school.
E. To families using the Back Parking Lot behind the school
* PLEASE MOVE YOUR CAR AS FAR UP AS POSSIBLE IN THE LOT, AND COME TO A COMPLETE STOP BEFORE PICKING UP YOUR CHILD.
