Before & After School Care

Extended Day Program: • Our multi-aged program will be a nurturing enhanced environment. • The main areas used will be the cafeteria, current 6th grade rooms and music room.  The gym, other classrooms in the school and Lincoln Park will also be used. • The program will offer many opportunities for our students: o Group Sharing o Homework Time o Snack Time o Interest Clubs (Writers’ Club, Nature Club, Chess Club etc.) o Arts and Crafts Projects o Fun/learning activities – games, puzzles, manipulatives, books and special seasonal projects.
Enrollment: The Extended Day Program will be open to any student who is currently enrolled at St. Patrick Catholic School. Days/Times Open:  • The Extended Day Program will be open from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM on all days that school is in session. • All students must be signed in before school by the adult dropping them off.  They must be signed out by the adult picking them up.  The time must also be recorded. • There is a late pick-up fee for children picked up after 6:00 PM.  The fee is $1.00 per minute.  Late pick-up fee must be paid for your child to continue participating in the extended day program. • There is no Extended Day Program on days when the school is closed.
Transportation: In the morning, before school, parents must bring their child/ren to downtown location for the Extended Day Program.  If your child/ren are in Grades K – 8, a St. Pat’s Shuttle Bus will bring the children to the Crane Road Location before the start of the school day.  If your child/ren are in Pre-School, they will be brought to the pre-school classroom. • At dismissal time, if your child/ren are in Grades K – 8, a St. Pat’s Shuttle Bus will bring them back to the downtown location for the Extended Day Program.  If your child/ren are in the Pre-School Program, they would be brought to the Extended Day Program.
Fee Schedule: Please see Registration Form for fees and tuition. • Note:  All fees/tuition must be paid by due dates, for your child/ren to remain in the extended day program.  If paid after due date, $5.00 late fee must also be paid.
Handbook: All families whose child/ren are in the Extended Day Program will receive a handbook.  The handbook will explain guidelines and procedures of the program.
Director/Supervisor/Assistants: The director, supervisor and assistants will be hired and supervised by the administration of St. Patrick Catholic School.
