Note: For Grade 1- 8: Our starting time is 8:30 AM.
Outside supervision by teachers will be 8:15 - 8:30 AM.
The tardy bell is at 8:35 AM.
Dismissal time: 2:55 PM.
1. First Day of School: Grade 1- 8
Wed - Aug. 25th, 8:30 AM- 2:55 PM
(NOTE: St. Patrick Buses and District 303 Buses are in service at
Arrival and Dismissal Times.)
2. Wednesday - August 25th
Kindergarten has a mandatory session for
students and parents.
Mrs. O'Neill's Room: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Miss Hurrle's Room: 10:30 AM - Noon
3. Thursday - August 26th and Friday - August 27th
Kindergarten will have a Half - Day of School.
Please bring your child to the Main School by 8:30 AM
and take the St. Pat's Shuttle Bus. At 11:00 AM, all
Kindergarten students will take the St. Pat's Shuttle Bus
back to the main school on these days. Dismissal
from the main school will be at about 11:20 AM.

b) 11:30 Dismissals:
St. Patrick Buses are in service at Arrival/Dismissal Time &
303 Buses are in service at Arrival but not at Dismissal Time on the following dates:
Thursday - October 7th: Dismissal is at 11:30 AM due to afternoon traffic congestion caused by the Scarecrow Festival.
Friday - December 17th: Dismissal is at 11:30 AM
Thursday - April 21st: Dismissal is at 11:30 AM
Friday - June 3rd: Dismissal is at 11:30 AM
c) Friday - March 4th: Due to preparation for "Here I Am Lord"
presentation at the Crane Road Church, Kindergarten will not have school.
Grade 1 - 8 will have school. Dismissal will be at regular time - 2:55 PM.

The regular School Uniform will be worn on First Fridays.

10. Back to School Nights
For Grades 1 - 5: Please attend Back to School Night on
Thursday - September 2nd, beginning at 7:00 PM in the Gym. This is for parents only.
For Grades 6 - 8: Please attend Back to School Night on
Thursday - August 26th, beginning at 7:00 PM in the Gym. This is for parents only.
This is a Mandatory Meeting for 6th - 8th parents.
For Kindergarten: Please attend Back to School Night on Tuesday
September 14th, 7:00 - 8:00 PM at the Crane Rd. Church. This is for students and parents.
11. Emerald Evening will be held on Saturday - November 6th at
St. Charles Country Club.
