Dear Parents,
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you back to another exciting year of Hot Lunch. As always, our goal for the Hot Lunch program is to provide your child(ren) with healthy and nutritious alternatives. Sticking to that theme, we've changed our Pizza vendor to Giordano's
We will continue the automated order process this year; notification for the September order form will sent via e-mail blast later this summer. Be on the lookout!
As you may know, the hot lunch program is self-supporting—it is not funded by Home and School or any other funding entity. The cost of a hot lunch meal will remain at $4.00, and the purchase of “seconds” will still be $2.00. As in the past, refunds will not be given when a child is absent. This is because the meal has already been ordered and the vendor has been paid. HOT LUNCH ALERT: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ORDER HOT LUNCH IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS DELINQUENT!! NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. As always, parents have one full month to pay for the previous month’s hot lunch. Checks or cash will be the only form of payment. Please make checks payable to St. Pat's Hot Lunch.
As in past years, Hot Lunch will be offered 2 times a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, at the main school and at Kindergarten. We need volunteers at both locations. At the main school, the time commitment is 10:45 to 1:30 and at Kindergarten, the Crane Road Church, it is 11:00 to 1:00. If you are interested in volunteering please call…we need your help.
A copy of the 2010- 2011 calendar is attached above for your convenience. Please keep it in a handy place so you can note which days you have volunteered and which days your child(ren) has/have purchased a lunch.
