St. Patrick Catholic School Library Catalog
Commemorate your child’s birthday or other special occasion by purchasing a Birthday Book. The Birthday Book Store website is now available for you to browse the titles available for purchase in the school library. Once purchased, they are added to the library’s circulation materials with a personalized nameplate honoring your child and his/her special day.
Besides providing a fun way to celebrate your child’s birthday and leave a lasting legacy at the school, the Birthday Book program has greatly helped us increase the quality and quantity of our library materials. Our progress has been great, but the need remains.
By following these user-friendly instructions, you can browse titles by grade appropriateness:
Logon to: http://www.stpatsbirthdaybooks.citymax.com/
You will see the following tabs on the left:
Home – copy of order form can be printed
Primary – titles appropriate for grades K-3
Intermediate – titles appropriate for grades 3-6
Jr. High – titles appropriate for grades 6-8
Special Selections – holiday, Spanish titles, etc.
Audio Visual– appropriate audio visual titles
Click on category of your choice and the book covers, titles and prices will be displayed.
Click on the title to see # of pages, classification (ie. fiction), interest level, reading level, subject, and a brief description of the book/story.
You can then print and fill out the home page, and return the completed form with payment to the school library to purchase your birthday book.
If you have any questions on how to continue honoring your child’s birthday through the Birthday Books program, please contact Donna Barry at (630) 584-6367 or dblibrarian@yahoo.com.
